My name is Burcu Kızılay and I’m a marketing and communications expert with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality and service industry. Although my major was business administration, I started my career at the consulate to learn how it feels to work with various people who come from completely different cultures and nationalities. A few years later, after completing my MBA, I have worked in the hospitality sector and experienced in marketing strategy, more than 20 openings (luxury hotels, residences, restaurants, and event venues) brand reputation, F&B marketing, regional and international marketing, relationship management, and mystery guest execution management. In my current role, I am offering my experience, know-how, and consultancy to new openings which is so exciting to be part of creating something new by adding more value proposition.
