All About Me
My name is Burcu Kızılay, and I am a marketing and communications professional with a background in hospitality and service-driven environments. Although I studied business administration, I began my career at the consulate, where I gained early exposure to working with people from different cultures and nationalities.
After completing my MBA, I moved into the hospitality sector and built my experience across marketing strategy, brand reputation, F&B marketing, regional and international marketing, relationship management, and mystery guest execution. Over the years, I have also been involved in more than 25 openings across luxury hotels, residences, restaurants, and event venues.
Today, I bring that experience into projects and new openings where marketing is expected to create clarity, strengthen positioning, and add long-term value from the beginning.
